How do I order?
On the page with each item that you view is an "Add Item To Cart"
button. After you have selected the quantity and any other options that are appropriate
for that item, just click on this button and the program will put the item in your
shopping basket. You will be taken to your "Shopping Basket" page where all
items that you have placed in your basket will appear. On this page you can
"Remove" an Item, "Remove All" or change the quantity and ten
recalculate your order. If you want to "Shop Some More", just click on button
and you will be taken back to the catalog.
If you are finished and want to place your order, Select
"Checkout" or "Secure Checkout". You will then be take to a page that
asks for your Shipping information. The items you have chosen will appear at the top
of the page. After filling out this page,click the "Continue". You will be taken to a
page that shows you your order total, including shipping and sales tax if appropriate. On
this page you will be asked for you Credit Card Information. If you would prefer place your order with a pay by check option, use any check number, and call us with the credit card information.
When you have completed this page, click the "Submit
Order" button and you order will be transmitted. You will be taken to a page that
shows you your completed order (You may print out this page for your records). You will
receive an email immediately with all of your order information included. If you have
submitted your credit card information all of the numbers except for the last four will be
"x'd" out. This is for security reasons. If you do not receive this page by email you have probably made an error in your email address let us know and we can get you a copy and correct the error.

Yes. Call 1-800-544-5960 and ask, or put the date in the section that asks when you check out. If we can not get it done in time we will notify you right away.
Is this web site secure?
Yes. When you go to check out and place your order, you will be given the option
to choose "Secure Check Out". After clicking on this button, you will notice a
lock that appears in the bottom of your browser. This indicates that all transmissions are
being encrypted through a secure transaction server.
